Thank you for the feed back, I'm glad you liked it. It is really a major help for both learning and debugging Image Procesing algoritms. My main motivation was I got tired of having to re-run a script and re-arrange imshow windows every single time I wanted to tweak a single paramter (thresholds), so I feel like despite the time I put into this it should still be a major time saver.
